Alternate Attunement Method 1

This attunement method was taught to me by Rialian.
Rialian teaches this method as the method generally used by most Reiki “traditionalists”, including the tradition he recieved his lineage from, as it comes from the quite popular Diane Stein school of Reiki. He observes that it may have originally become part of the Stein traditions through Mantak Chia.
Whatever its origins, it is a useful and powerful way to attune someone to the Usui Reiki system, as the non-Usui symbol and technique are used only to assist in the attunement to the traditional Usui symbols.

Imara is a channeled form of Reiki.
It was channeled by Eyovah who developed it with the help of his brother Rialian.
Imara basically means “more”, hence “more reiki”.
If traditional Usui is levels one through three, then Karuna is level four, and Imara is level five on the Reiki scale.
Imara is an intense form of Reiki with a slightly different feel.
Once you are attuned to Imara it is simple to use the energy.
Imara does not need symbols.
Imara has an easy attunement process.
Imara has a strong spiritual connection (ascended beings, angels, etc…)
It is common for the giver, the reciever, or both to percieve information during healing sessions.
Imara heals past life issues.
Imara heals repressed issues (physical, emotional, spiritual trauma.)
Imara heals issues not yet on the conscious mind which may be affecting you.
Imara makes distance healing simplified and intensified.

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that is used in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Zen.
It is translated as any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others.
It may literally be translated as “compassionate action.”
It is a logical extension of the idea of Oneness.
Karuna must be accompanied by parjna (wisdom) in order to have the right effect.
As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings, thus your own healing is quickened.
Karuna opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings, both those who are physically present and those who are present in spirit.
