Resurrecting Another List | Resources | Forums

Yeah, I'm completely nuts… most lists are dead silent right now, and it's hard enough just keeping the forums active, but I'm feeling really nostalgic for the old days in the otherkin community and I'm giving some serious thought to resurrecting one more old list that I used to own: “Candle-Light”.

Candle-Light, in its day, was “a list for members of the otherkin community who also teach their knowledge to others… whether that knowledge be wicca, paganism, magick, reiki, or anything else.   It's a discussion about the methods used to teach, and how best to teach in general, and how our kinness affects that which we teach.   The name candle-light reflects the way we pass on our small sparks of knowledge on to each person we teach.”  It wasn't very successful… it had 80 messages total, between January and April of 2001, before I decided it wasn't going anywhere and deleted the list.

Would anyone be interested in a list like this? I fully realize the impulse may just be a part of me rebelling against the way the otherkin community has changed, but I've never been one to go gently… let us rage.
