Staff and presenter signups are now open for Shining Hearth!

Staff: We are looking for people to moderate chat. The staff signup form is available here.

Presenters: Presentations can be on any topic that would be of interest to elfae folk and can be in any format: lecture, panel, group discussion, ritual/meditation, performance, etc. The presenter signup form is available here. (If you would like to do a group presentation, choose one person to be the contact and only fill out the form once. All members of the group must be over 18.)

We are accepting staff and presenter applications through January 13, 2023. If you want to do both, you can! Just fill out both forms.

Staff: We are still looking for at least 2 more chat moderators. The form is available here. If you have any questions about what would be required of you, please ask!

Presenters: We’ve had an amazing seven proposals so far, and one or two pending! But there’s still spaces available. We’ll consider any topic that would be of interest to elfae folk and you can use any format: lecture, panel, guiding an open discussion, meditation/ritual, performance, demonstration, etc. The presenter signup form is available here.

Registration for Shining Hearth will close on March 22nd. Between staff, presenters, folks still with us from last year, and new registrations, we may see 55+ people this year! If you’d like to join us, you can register here.

Schedule update: Chronically Fae on Saturday evening has been replaced by a moderated group discussion on Otherkin and Religion. Saturday night will now also feature a movie, *Ember Days* (and boy is it a doozy!).
