I think I’ll just do a basic introduction. I’m not exactly sure who I’m talking to – it might just be the admin – but we’ll go with it.

My name is Ara, but I go by Kitty, and I guess Skylark or KidSkylark now. I’m nonbinary, my pronouns are they/them.
ÂÂ
I’m a Bengal cat therian, I believe. I consider my awakening to have been in 2012, and was only this past summer (2015) that I really found my specific species. My personal beliefs about therianthropy are a mix of spiritual and psychological in nature, and I do consider therianthropy to be under the otherkin “umbrella,” as I believe has been the recent trend.

I’ve found a lot of Dreamhart resources to be incredibly helpful, so thank you for those.

I’m a fan of video games, I do digital art, and I plan on studying birds and animals in college when I get the chance.

Hi Ara. Nice to see you here, and I’m sorry about my slow reply – I spent the weekend with my fiancees mostly-offline and I’m just getting back to forum-stuff now. This forum hasn’t been all that actively recently, but perhaps together we can change that. I saw your article, “Finding Reputable Sources“, over on Kinmunity and I really liked it. I think that sort of thing is something the community could use a lot more of.

Ara, Skylark, Kitty – it’s all the same to me. Slow replies aren’t a problem at all, I hope you had a nice weekend! I might reply a little slow too, since I’ll be checking here once every 1-2 days.

It is a little lonely, but it has a lot of promise, and I would be more than happy to help get activity up again. 🙂

As for the article, I’m glad you liked it! I’m trying to organize a coordinated effort to write more articles, with monthly topics. It has yet to come to fruition, exactly, but with luck, that one is the first of them!

That’s perfectly alright. 
 And yes, I had a very nice weekend.  I always enjoy the time I get to spend with them.
