Just a tiny observation | Bug Reports | Forums

Not a bug report or a problem, just something I spotted earlier. :) 

I noticed that while I was logged out, the only part of the forum that was visible was the Newbie section – I figured that was by design since a lot of forums restrict general access to registered members or registrants who have posted an intro. But now everything looks the same as before, so I feel like I must have had a fever dream or the page just loaded differently on my end or something. If this was an experimental change, I have to say I liked it.
