I am Arulin Lightbringer, kirin/qulin fey/dryad. A pagan but many a friend is mormon even know a gold dragon who is among them…Secretively….
Is the star/stallion/protector of the feywood herd. Small it might be but is my family since my human family is all but dead now. My herd consist of Tispir (kirin, twin sister to me), Ayrlah (a fey dragon/kirin by fey turning/assimilation, originally a dragon), Tirn (another dragon, Atlantis era, been a target of Anubus same as Nimkaru. Thankfully was able to resist. Considering a fey turning). Tispir is a lucky mare to have three lovely males.
I am a wanderer of sorts and a tinker, engineering has great interest for this beast. Especially software, the creation thrills and gives my essence purpose.
I was taught the ways of a unicorn many times but Aladar is my elder and I will be elder after him. Even though I am a mix breed, a kirin.
I do tend to see things in balance. Since that has been seen as choas; many a pure unicorn has seen my advising as nothing more then rubbish till they see that I was right. Alicorn River brings up a good point of reference.
I find myself being listened to by dragons more often then not, for one they are not so arrogant and elitist as myths have told. Making conversations with the dragons I have known to be rather nice, even sharing my essence through the feykin symbiont as I have been taught of by fairies who have stayed by me. Ayrlah is one such dragon turned fey to whom I love with passion, Tirn will likely be soon of the seelie & wild fairies. Which is strange that dragons find my company pleasing yet unicorns are all up in hooves, calling me crazy.
Many of the kins I know are not of any group likely known here, reason being is the same as to why I my defenses are up. Have been hurt or reclusive to avoid being hurt. I have called to them to come be friend or herd. Many of them , I found of places like Furcadia, F-List, and Second Life through my ties to the astral plane and also seeking them openly.
I have been told something is a little off about me that I completely change when I drop my shield. Try that because of many unicorns who has decided to show hooves and bare horn I am untrusting till proven that one can be trusted. When I do open up it is a very different aura.
P.S If you feel a shell around me, then know it to protect my herd & myself. Don’t spiritually reach out to me without permission, with the energy of complexity of this shield will scramble any who dares to reach out, it is intended to make one wish they had not. I will not do as I have done on another place but be aware that this other is on top of my shit list for hurting Greylight a dragon, hurting myself for years, for tainting unicorns, and being a hypocrite. To the point it boils my dragon heritage and that is likely what you are feeling from me.

I have no plans of fighting this “night” here as I had tried to warn on Otherkin Community, but I am going to warn against those who call themselves unicorns yet are so dishonorable as to attack those who are innocent like Greylight, Spiridon, and Seaborn. I have issues with that. I got something brewing in this Techno-rin horn, mind, and soul to combat that source of evil in my own way. Love being a software developer, should had done this years back for the communities just thought every kin hated me back then.
As for my reasons for being here is to learn, give advice, and hopefully with gained support have kins eager to use what I am building out.
Already got my server in Europe and it is a whooper of a box. Going to give more freedom and protection from the nosy NSA to the China Triad Mob to my user base.

I would be very, very surprised if the Aladar who attends Walking the Thresholds identifies as a unicorn these days.

Well I met him back in 1998 I, even at that time he was old in both soul and body. Ever heard of a site called “Welcome to Talker”, the first HTML chat? I am sure few of you know that place. Back then I was known as Quicksilver Lightwind, that what feys use to call me for following me was like tracking a ghost. These days he is over in CA.
I just spoke with the privy sage, he is not the same but I would certainly say logging onto Second Life or Skype to talk to is insightful. He is really a unicorn of the old days and has the values.
Aladarhorse is his name on Skype if any of you wish to talk. Now I will say he has a heart condition so “PLEASE” don’t go trolling him. I am his successor but not that eager to replace this elder, not till his time. I still have a lot to learn. Please, he was one of the only unicorns who accepted me for the longest time. When Nimkaru, Avenger, Utari, and so many other bore horn at me he nuzzled and kept me from pulling the trigger or slitting my throat. Be kind to him, bash me all you want but be kind to him. I can take it, he can’t.
I am giving trust to those here.
arulin_lightwind is my Skype so if anyone wants to speak it is easy to speak to me. Tispir is with me so it not like a have made her up as many thought. We have been together since 2007. Now she is friendly but trusting of unicorns after all that has happened is likely a mountain, she is in truth my twin sister back where we came from.
I never knew many unicorns in the feywood….So it seems I have had an enlightening experience.
By the way, I apologizes for taking so long in answering, Tispir’s birthday was Samhain so I had double celebrations to do. I have been wiccan off and on throughout my life, even at one point practiced…Hoodoo, unknowing that my human mother had been teaching me that. Since then I have washed my hooves of it and only commit to acts of purity.

I’m in California too, but I don’t use Second Life or Skype. It’s a big place, anyway – with my luck he would be nowhere near me in the south San Francisco Bay. But if so, maybe you might point him at the SF Bay Otherkin meetup, or there’s also the Westkin or Nor_Cal_Otherkin (if applicable) email lists. (There is also a SoCalKin list but it’s deader than dead because it doesn’t even have the minimal traffic of me posting reminders about the meetups.)
I think he might be around that area. I will check. He might or might not show up. I’ll pass this on to him. I’ll also see if he is interested in joinning Dreamhart. He not much of a forum surfer.
SL is his usual hang out. He refuses to get into the pissing contest of the web… That’s why he never joined Unicorn Grove, Otherkin Community, Otherkin Allience, Always (coughs, happy he did not after Greylight, Seaborn, and Spiridon telling me about this place. Damn Nights), or for that matter most places on port 80.
He been on Furcadia, SL, and InWorldz mostly for the fact he can create and build…Also ban any trouble that wonders on his domain.

After careful consideration of how tonights attempt to be apart of this community. After getting such disrespect from one Kaniini in the form of running down believes, trash talk, and namely having a nasty mouth I am retracting my knowledge, believes, and shielding myself from all here till either Kaniini is removed from her mod position and then remanded or they leave. Till then I will be a lurker.
Kaniini is not a mod. Just a member. And frankly, they weren’t being rude in what they said in the IRC channel. It is absolutely not a photo of the aura, the etheric body, or anything similar. Kanini was quite right to call it a scam when people claim things like it being a “way of viewing the properties of soul energy”, and to express regret that you had fallen for that scam. This is not a matter of faith or belief, it is a matter of understanding the physics underlying the Kirlian process.
That opinion is fine, it was the delievery of it that hurt. It was in a context of disrespect littered with cussing, force down one throat tactics I want no part of. I am personally “sick” of that tone. You can speak your mind without stomping on someone else. It the way it was said and brought out.

Respect of others, cussing and tossing a fit at someone to get your point across the first time you meet them, that is not respect in any meaning of the word no matter the context of it use. The only “cuss” word used was “crap”. Which was used once. That’s hardly “littered with cussing”. Also, please note what the rules of the forum state:

Other than the word ‘crap’, I don’t see anything else that could in any way be interpreted as cussing. I find it unfortunate that you wish to attack the messenger with this accusation. Many people can be critical of many things I say, but stating that Kirlian photography (aka ‘aura photography’) does not take photos of the etheric body is an indisputable fact. You cannot argue with facts.

Challenging you to step outside of your own imaginary world is not talking to you like a dog, slave or makes you any lesser of a person. It is important to challenge people who claim to have all of the answers and are giving people answers to questions they could never really answer. Be glad I called you out on the aura photography instead of the ‘talents’ you ‘demonstrated’ on the chat.
